One of the biggest excuses I year this time of year is that

I’ll be traveling
 
Well.. here is your excuse buster!!!
 
I’ve put together a quick & effective workout challenge to keep you active and moving over the next couple weeks, even if you’re heading out of town. ❤️
 
It requires absolutely NO equipment (except a step or other platform) and you can do it pretty much anywhere.
 
Plus, each workout will take less than 30 minutes.
 
EVEN BETTER … it’s the gift that keeps on giving. You will feel SO GOOD about completing this challenge as we enter the New Year!
 
🔥You’ll have more energy, sleep better, move better, AND you won’t feel like you are “behind” when the new year comes.
Here’s how it works:
 
There are 3 workouts/week.
 
You will do ONE of the workouts each day
 
Here’s how it works:
➡️ Determine how many days/week you are going to workout.
➡️ You can use this as a supplement to your other workouts.
➡️ You’ll “ladder” the 2 exercises for that day, going back and forth between them, adding reps each round.
 
🏋️‍♀️Here’s what it looks like: Do 1 repetition of the 1st exercise, then 1 repetition of the 2nd exercise, then 2 reps of the 1st exercise and 2 reps of 2nd, and repeat until you get through 12 reps of each.
Keep moving as much as possible, but listen to your body and take breaks between rounds as needed.
