I’m Kim and I help women like you figure out what works for your body so you can be freaking healthy and feel good. And yeah, you’ll lose pounds too.

It’s a simple process where we actually examine how you feel when you eat something. But it makes all the difference.

Did you know that some foods can make you hungrier’ Others will give you energy, and others can cause cravings.

The key is knowing that everyone is different. What triggers cravings in me may not in you. Which is precisely why cookie-cutter diets and fads don’t give you long-term results.

My exercise and food plans work for you because we become detectives, investigating what makes your body feel good and what doesn’t.

There’s no hoping and definitely no wishing it will work this time. Because we keep digging and planning until we find the combo that makes you feel good and gets the weight off. Period.

This was me, I hit the big 4-0 and my body was like a stubborn 2 year old — it WOULDN’T budget. I tried every “diet” under the sun looking for something that would help me take off this stubborn fat. I so get what it’s like to look in the mirror and ask what the f&ck happened.  Yes, I’m a fitness profession and I know exactly what I needed to do but it was no longer working. I had to become a detective to figure out what the heck was going on.

Before this journey I was ALL about RULES, I didn’t have much flexibility in my thinking. Through this process I found that I was able to drop the excess pounds and enjoy a glass of wine. As a former fitness competitor I use to spend hours and that gym and I didn’t want to make the time for that. I was building a business and want to devote more time to that than the gym. So, I designed workouts that could be done at home and take no longer than 45 minutes to complete.

The same can happen for you. During our work together I help you figure out what activities and foods make you hungry, what gives or drains you of energy and what sets off your cravings.

I am not for everyone, I am a no bullshit kinda girl. If you are looking for results, the results I get come from you doing the work!! If you are ready to get to work I’m your girl.
