Episode 58 — You Are Your Habits — 8 Ways To Create and Break Your Habits

What I’ve found that having good habits can make you very healhty, fit and wealthy OR it can leave you frustrated and pissed off.

Yes good habits are easy to begin, but it’s all about the sustainability. New habits can be incredibly hard to turn into lasting, ongoing patterns of behavior.

The problem with making habits stick has to do with a flawed approach to the process. No matter how badly you want something, if you don’t “speak” to your mind and body in the proper way, establishing new habits or goals meets with little long-term success.

In this show, I will show you how to make habits stick, I will show you several ways to change behaviors that you may not have tried before.

  • The speed at which you make changes so that your new habits stick and your old habits finally disappear
  • The best way to trigger a change so that your new habit becomes automatic

Episode 57 — Are You Tired All The Damn Time’

Energy Management is More Important Than Time Management Bottom line you will get more done when you feel more energized. If you aren’t feeling energized it doesn’t matter how efficient you are with your time. You won’t feel like it or you will be too tired to actually do it.
I’ll talk about: ▶︎ What is Energy Management’ Do you feel that if you can ‘fit it in’ then you should do it. As long as you can find a free slot in your schedule, then there’s no reason not to commit to that additional undertaking. The problem is that we require energy to function and if you’ve just spent all day doing lots of important tasks and dealing with lots of people, then you won’t have the necessary energy to devote to other areas of your life.   ▶︎ How to Start Managing Your Energy Energy is a finite resource that you need to manage. We’ll talk about learning your limits and how to avoid taking on more than is possible in a single day.   ▶︎ How to Use Exercise to Boost Your Energy Levels Sure exercise will give you a tight bum and flat tum, the more oxygen and blood you have in your body increases your wakefulness and focus. You’ll sleep better and feel more energize in the morning.   If you are ready to feel more energized and get more stuff done in a day, watch the replay!

Episode 56 — Stop Making Pretty Pictures In Your Bullet Journal

We’ve all seen those bullet journals think it’s a good idea and then say to ourselves I ain’t got no time to draw pretty pictures.

At least that’s what I told myself until I met Jenn Lee. She has quiet an original spin on how to use bullet journals to help you hit your goals.

It all started by keeping a notebook at the gym. Jenn saw many of her clients achieve awe-inspiring goals, whether it be losing 100 pounds, running their first marathon or changing their diets and adding exercise to eliminate the need for medication, by planning in advance with a journal.

She was tired of carrying multiple notebooks to track her career, fitness and bucket list goals. She created a way to track all of this by using a bullet journal.

Episode 54 — How To Set Goals You’ll Achieve

I developed a strong desire to stop playing small and really go for it, both feet in, as terrifying as that thought was.

I started setting goals, weekly wins, following training schedules and nutrition plans. I checked in with her each week, listened and learned. Lo and behold, I began to feel powerful.

Soon my body transformed and I had a fierce attitude.

She believed in me when I doubted myself and gave me a “kick in the pants” whenever I needed it, which was often.

During our time together it began to click I was enough. I am enough. Kim’s coaching has changed the way I saw myself and the way I carried myself.

I spilled the beans about you can set goals and achieve them the same way the Sandi did.

Episode 49— How To Take Action When You Are Freaked Out!  — Tuesday, February 27th 6:30pm EST

In order to achieve the goals we want to achieve and to reach our goals. You

have to be willing to take action. To get all geeky — Sir Isaac Newton’s first law of motion says, “an object in motion stays in motion, and an object at rest stays at rest unless acted upon by a force.”

A mentor of mine said this to me years ago so fabulously. To get what you want you need to move your feet!!

Now don’t get me wrong I’m big fan of mindset and truly believe in the law of attraction. BUT you ain’t gonna get the lifestyle, the relationship the business or the body you want just thinking about it.

Unless we take action toward our goals, we aren’t getting anywhere.

Thinking about what you want helps to lay out the foundation. It’s the DOING that actually makes it happen.

Unfortunately, many people stop short of taking CONSISTENT action to achieve their goals.

I shared five steps to help you start to take action and kick your fear to the curb. Replay Show Notes
