Caroline Powers is a nutritional hypnotherapist. As a dietitian for 15 years, she has worked with women from all walks of life to help them relieve some weight, get healthier, and actually want to go to the gym. About three years ago she was introduced to hypnosis and hypnotherapy. After witnessing her own results including losing a couple of kilos to keeping it off, she began using it to help clients. Caroline specializes in helping women (especially emotional eaters) take their power back from food saying that she often finds that women need to be empowered to make their own choices.
