- 15 min yoga practice: We all could use a little yoga in our lives. Paula Harvey a Baptise certified instructor will lead you through an amazing practice.
- 5 min meditation practice: We could all use a mental time out. Each month you will get a mediation to help you focus on weight loss, confidence, mindset and more.
- Core training: Sure it’s all about the abs!! Visible abs are great, but what about abs that keep your back from hurting and help you get that long physique and posture you’d love.
- Bi-monthly office hours: Sometimes we all need a little boost an injection of confidence or knowledge to help us bust through a block. We’ll have a little education and then you can ask any question that you may have.
- Accountability: You will have access to me in a private Facebook group, but you will also have the ability to text me pics of your food and your attendance at a gym or other fitness activity. I will give you feedback and support on those texts. In the private Facebook group, you will also be able to share victories and challenges with others in the group. Sometimes you just need someone else to say girl, I feel the same way!
