Sprint To Summer TeleCall Series

The unofficial start to summer is Memorial Day. Let’s get the summer started off on the right foot.
For the next 4 weeks I will be hosting a series of calls to help you a jump start to your summer fitness goals and go sprinting to the beach.Beach Chairs Watching Ocean

  • Week 1:  — Detox learn how to reduce your cravings, understand the effect process foods have on our bodies and how to detect the “unhealthy” healthy foods.
  • Week 2:  — Turn body into fat-burning machine — how do you turn on the fat burning process and keep it going.
  • Week 3:  — Weight loss — learn how to stay consistent with your workouts and nutrition to help you meet your summer fitness goals.
  • Week 4:  — Athletic performance — planning on running a road race this spring or summer, how about participating in an endurance obstacle course. We’ll discuss the proper way to fuel for these events.

If you have any additional questions, I would love to hear them before the event so that I may incorporate them into the presentation. The call will last 30 min and 15 min for Q&A.
