The unofficial start to summer is Memorial Day. Let’s get the summer started off on the right foot.
For the next 4 weeks I will be hosting a series of calls to help you a jump start to your summer fitness goals and go sprinting to the beach.
- Week 1: — Detox learn how to reduce your cravings, understand the effect process foods have on our bodies and how to detect the “unhealthy” healthy foods.
- Week 2: — Turn body into fat-burning machine — how do you turn on the fat burning process and keep it going.
- Week 3: — Weight loss — learn how to stay consistent with your workouts and nutrition to help you meet your summer fitness goals.
- Week 4: — Athletic performance — planning on running a road race this spring or summer, how about participating in an endurance obstacle course. We’ll discuss the proper way to fuel for these events.
